Introduced in Morrowind as an Easter Egg who comments on aspects of the games, particularly on features which did not make it in and they are often quite funny. He also appears in Oblivion and Skyrim and is set to make an appearance in the Elder Scrolls Online. (Click the links for full dialogue and locations).
