There are some quest rewards which give an item which produces a fun effect when used.
The items I have found so far are:
Finvir’s Trinket (Glenumbra quest; ‘Can’t take it with them’, quest starter inside Bad Man’s Hollows)
Token of Root Sunder (Grahtwood quest: ‘Forgotten Soul’, quest starter inside Root Sunder Ruins)
Blackfeather Court Whistle (Stonefalls quest: ‘Decree of the Court’, quest starter inside Crow’s Woods). N.B. the Blackfeather Court Whistle appears to be bugged – I can’t get it to work anyways /bug report sent ;)
